Hypnosis.ORG Affiliate Program Terms of service

To be an authorized affiliate of www.hypnosis.org, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

Hypnosis.ORG Affiliate Program Agreement

The Hypnosis.ORG Affiliate Program Agreement is designed to protect both parties entering into this agreement by providing clarity, understanding and fairness.

Hypnosis.ORG is wholly owned by the Banyan Hypnosis Center for Training and Services, Inc.

This agreement contains the conditions and terms that apply to the Hypnosis.ORG Affiliate Program, the owners of the website, Hypnosis.ORG, operating the program, and individuals who become affiliates in the program.

What is Required to Join the Affiliate Program

There is no charge for joining the program, and it is open to who has a valid email address and is otherwise able to do so (within the legal restrictions of where they reside).

Websites that may not join our program include sites which promote or contain sexually explicit materials, violence or illegal activities of any kind, such as software piracy. Nor may sites enter our affiliate program that discriminate based on race, gender, religion, physical disability, sexual orientation, age, or practice spamming its users.

We reserve the right to terminate this agreement with anyone whom we determine that their site is unprofessional, reflects badly on our program or unsuitable in any other way.

This non-exclusive agreement does not impede the affiliate’s ability to enter into any other affiliate agreements or operate in any other way.

The use of “parasiteware” is not permitted (a technology that redirects traffic or alters an individual browser function.

Details of the Affiliate Program

Access to promotional material will be accessible upon acceptance into the program.

Any written promotional material referencing Hypnosis.ORG affiliate program must be submitted to us for approval.

You are responsible for ensuring that your advertising is in compliance with applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Tracking

We utilize a high quality tracking system to track visitors from your website using the affiliate links that you provide them. We use cookies to track referrals. These cookies do not expire.

Our software provides you with real-time online access to your statistics including total and unique hits, and number of orders, and so on.

We will make all reasonable effort to ensure that our website and tracking software is operational at all times. When unavoidable technical difficulties arise that prevent tracking, affiliates will not hold us liable.

Notification

We will email you when we have any important updates for you, including changes in product promotions, news, and marketing tips.

Commission Payments

We reserve the right to change affiliate referral fees. Generally, the referral fees are 20% with some exceptions.

We do not track your tax liability. Fulfilling your tax liability is your responsibility.

Affiliates do not have the authority to speak on behalf of Hypnosis.ORG, nor are they able to make any offer or accept any offer on our behalf.

Our refund rates are very low. In order to prevent fraud against our program, commissions will be deducted for any purchases refunded.

All U.S. residents must submit their business tax I.D. or Social Security no. in order to get paid as required by the I.R.S. We will issue a 1099 Tax form stating the Affiliate commissions you earned during the year.

Currency and Payments

Affiliates have the option of being paid through either PayPal or check in US dollars. Commission payments are made once per month when such payments reach $25.00 US.

Chargebacks are processed manually on credit card payments. Chargebacks greater than 1% will trigger an investigation and may cause termination of your status as an affiliate, if no reasonable explanation can be found for the high rates of chargebacks.

Termination

Affiliate status can be terminated at any time after careful consideration in case of a problem. Typically, termination comes about because of fraud, breaking the terms of this agreement or because of behavior that reflects badly on the website, affiliate program or the Banyan Hypnosis Center for Training & Services, Inc. We also retain the right to “clear” the program of affiliates who are not participating in the program.

Privacy Policy

Your contact information, stats and so on are only available to us and to you through your affiliate site resources.

Hypnosis.ORG Content & Liability

Affiliates have no rights to any content on the Hypnosis.ORG website. Hypnosis.ORG and the Banyan Hypnosis Center for Training & Services, Inc. shall have no liability for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue arising from the affiliate entering into this agreement or otherwise doing business with us.

Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be covered by US laws, and be under the jurisdiction of the California court system.

Relationship with Hypnosis.ORG and the Banyan Hypnosis Center for Training & Services, Inc.

Affiliates are independent contractors. This agreement does NOT create a partnership, franchise, joint venture, agency or employment relationship between parties.
