Free Shipping
All domestic (US) orders that total $95 or more are eligible for free shipping. Orders that are shipped using free shipping will be shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Parcel Post depending on the size of the package.

Domestic Orders
All Domestic orders will be shipped Fed Ex Ground or USPS. All International orders will be shipped USPS or Fed Ex. Some orders may include insurance costs. Alternate shipping methods available by request, additional charges may apply. Orders will be processed for shipping within 2 business days from receipt of order.
International Orders
Note that additional costs for Custom's duty, VAT or GST may be incurred in your country. We are not responsible for this extra cost.
Returns/ Exchanges
Defective CDs/DVDs - Mechanically defective CD's & DVD's may be exchanged for the same title only within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges will be made only upon receipt by us of the defective merchandise. We cannot be responsible for return shipping cost.
Training DVDs - All Training DVD's are not returnable due to content. Defective DVD's will be replaced with the same title only. CD Hypnosis Sessions - Hypnosis Sessions on CD (e.g. Free to...series) are completely guaranteed and refundable within 30 days, no questions asked.
