I am pleased to receive questions about how hypnotists can become corporate consultants. One of the most important questions that I hear goes something like this, “Should all hypnotists aspire to become a corporate consultant?” And, here is another one, “What do I really need to learn to be successful as a corporate consultant?”
Who Is Likely to Be Successful as a Corporate Consultant
In this article I am going to answer those questions as directly as I can. I’ll start off by answering the first question. No, becoming a corporate consultant is not for everyone. Here are some attributes that one who is thinking about seeking training as a corporate consultant should have:

Some experience working in a business or corporate environment.

Strong hypnosis skills, especially in working with groups.

Communicating the standard to all employees to create clarity

Training employees to the standard and removing all obstacles

Evaluating employee performance against the standard

Coaching and counseling employees

You must be able to establish an effective Accountability program for all levels of performance. Monthly reports have to be reviewed and performance reviews should be given and analyzed.
