According to the study, researchers concluded that individuals who are highly hypnotizable readily immerse themselves in their thoughts without having their attention interrupted, such as getting sidetracked or losing track of time. In contrast, individuals who are less hypnotizable do not procrastinate in their daily activities and are less trusting of others.
