Popular singer Adele turned to hypnotherapy to help treat her stage fright causing her to have panic attacks and sleepless nights before her Oscar performance.

According to Sun reporters, Adele went to a hypnotherapist to help conquer her stage fright.

In addition, a source told the reporter that Adele’s friend in LA was the one who recommended her to see a hypnotherapist since the singer was getting so nervous that she had begun to suffer from panic attacks and sleepless nights.

With hypnotherapy, Kate would be able to remove her negative thoughts and help her overcome with sicknesses.

It has also believed that through hypnotherapy sessions, Princess Kate was able to throw away her negative thoughts connected with food from her morning sickness and made her crave for healthier and nutritious foods.

Adam Williams, a supermarket worker turned to hypnotherapy to stop his addiction of eating birthday cakes.

For over a year, Adam blown up to 15 stone after bingeing on the sweet treats that he bought on his work every day.

Buying and eating cakes have been part of Adam’s daily routine. He eats cakes just like any other normal people eating their breakfasts or lunch. He would even experience migraines if he can’t eat a piece of cake a day.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Research study showed that most people who experience trauma or stress can harm their digestive system which leads to abdominal pain and diarrhea or known as “Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)”.

It has found out that most patients having IBS had most likely experienced psychological trauma such as child or sexual abuse. Researchers also added that what cause IBS are the nerves and muscles of the human body which have been greatly affected due to some dramatic trauma in life.

In association with the nerves of a human body, stress can also over-activate the nerves that connect the human brain and gut, could lead to painful and embarrassing bowel problems.

Saito-Loftus stated that psychological trauma may alert the brain and the gut to become more vulnerable to stress.

Although IBS cannot eventually damage our digestive system, still the danger is substantial, making patients to suffer more on painful bowels which could literally lead to more frequent medication and treatment.
